Lovely park with a stunning view of the city from the top. It was very busy, me and my fiancé visited on a Sunday so there was lots of people there. Maybe plan to visit during a weekday? The park is free entry but you have to pay to visit the Gaudi architecture/exhibit. Most of it can be seen from the park anyway but it's not that expensive if you want to get up close.

This was my second visit to Barcelona and second time to miss the highlights of Park Guell... Book your ticket online in advance! Spaces are limited and the slots fill up quickly.
You can still visit most of the park, the amazing structures, breathtaking views of the city and enjoy a tour of Gaudi's house (€5.50)

Brautiful citu view, only a part of Gaudi's art in the park as there is work in progress.
Too much crowd, avoid weekends.

Gaudi did an amazing job in designing and constructing Park Guell. It is a standing monument to the architectural art that Gaudi worked into all his designs

It was very crowded when we visited, but I’m very glad we went. We brought a picnic lunch with us and found a spot away from most of the crowds. We enjoyed the atmosphere very much. The Dr. Seuss type buildings and objects are wonderful. Spend time here exploring and walking around.

You get the most out of this visit if you put your cultured hat on and get curious about the details of this man's life and personality and how it is expressed in the interior and exterior architectural designs of his house and the rest of the park. If that sounds like too much trouble, you can just enjoy the beautiful park outdoors if you make sure it's a good weather day. Personally, for that kind of experience I prefer flatter parks where you don't keep going up and down hill. There's also a "special" section with lots of curvy mosaicy benches, which you have to pre-book and fix an appointment for. That kind of takes the fun out of it, so I like to just visit the regular part spontaneously without feeling like I missed out cos I couldn't go to the curvy part, but that's just me, I like easy enjoyment of things, instead of stressing out about seeing/touching and enjoying stuff that gets all the hype and attention.

Seriously crowded in the Monument section for which 9Euros seems a bit steep compared with only 7 Euros for the Musem de Histoire!
Marvellous views down across city to sea and surrounding hills. YOu do need to be happy to walk a good half hour up hill from city unless taking a taxi. About half hour up hill directly from Sagrada Familia, passing fantastic local delicatessen en route....with top quality local cured ham on display along with other varied products. Definitely go into the house Gaudi lived in.

This is in the center of Barcelona and very easy to access. 28euro entry is not a lot for what you see.
This house is absolutely jaw droopingly stunning.

You can visit n your own with a ticket but a tour giving you some insight to gaudi and this creation is worth the money.

Do not miss this parc when visiting Barcelona! Book tickets in advance to avoid the lines!
A unique and beautiful Parc filled with very unique architecture inspired by Gaudi,. Bring water to drink because the park is big an you dont want to miss all the beautiful corner , it's a lot of walking and can be exhausting esp in the heat.
My sis and I Hike up/climed the stairs up to the top of the parc to see the city views, amazing and make great spots for picture taking
