Spent a few hours here. It's a very interesting building. Try and go lunchtime or early afternoon when the sun is out to get the most out of the stained glass windows.
It's a little pricey. 36 euros to enter a church? Very much worth doing though.
Pre book tickets online or buy from tourist information in the square opposite the exit. No tickets on sale at the basilica.

Not much to say, it’s amazing, must go! They are very well prepared to receive tons of tourists. Although this church is under construction for more than 100 years, it’s beutiful and magic. No way you pass by Barcelona and miss this.

One of the most important sights and monuments in Spain. You must visit. Speechless is the minimum i felt.

The planning, the craftsmanship, the amount of years, the amount of symbolism..... just fantastic. Really need to read up on the history before going. Definitely be on time for your tickets if prepurchased. Also highly recommend the voice guided tour. Remarkable building and story

We booked tickets with Julia' Tours, taking the first tour of the day. We weren't disappointed. Our guide was excellent giving us a full commentary throughout the tour. Plenty of things to see. This is an amazing piece of architecture. Beautiful souvenirs, and plenty of ladies toilets although we did visit out of peak season

Whether or not you go inside, you must see this masterpiece by Gaudi. Under construction since 1882 and not to be completed for many more years it is a site not to be missed. You could stand and look for hours and see something new every minute. Amazing.

You could plan a trip to Barcelona just to see this church. It is a must see. Tickets are timed, so you will need to plan ahead to get tickets. About a day or two in advance. I tried the self-audio tour instead of a guided tour, which I was happy with because the place is very crowded. BUT the crowds didn't detract from the absolute beauty of this place.

Great place to go for Gaudi. It is of course vert touristy, you really need to book a ticket in advance and you are ushered around in a short time to pack them in. But, it is worth going, its a beautiful place, not like any other Cathedral and it is under a lot of work to get it finally finished for 2026 - so last chance to see this famous landmark which has always been infamous for being part finished.

Stunning place much more than an architectural experience. Worth it for the stunning colours especially when the sun shines.

Visited the Sagrada Família on our last day in Barcelona. We visited by metro that takes you right next to the Sagrada Família and first thoughts was wow!!!!! If your in Barcelona this is definitely one of the things you need to see it’s absolutely amazing workmen ship that as gone in to building it. Don’t miss it. Didn’t go inside as entrance fee is pretty expensive.
