Large boulevard filled with kiosks, food tents and great for people watching. If you decide to eat check out first what restaurant will be serving your food. We ate at one of the restaurant tents in Las Ramblas one night and did not find the food that great. It is a lovely walk.

Las Ramblas has a lot to offer re restaurants, stores, large outside market, etc., but it is incredibly busy with locals, tourists and pick pockets, so, be very careful. Keep your wallets in your front pocket secured with a pin and purses with straps, secured around your neck and in front of you. Also backpacks in front! Our party of 4 had a few seedy (not locals) characters follow us but thank God no issues--we were very diligent. Keep your eyes wide open!

Most people walk along this famous street in Barcelona. Just be mindful of your possessions. We were told between 9pm and midnight is when there is the most crime. I wore my long handled bag under my jacket so it wasn’t too noticeable. Lots of stalls and artists doing caricatures which were very popular.

Ok it has heart and noise and action but is this the real Barcelona? For us we saw so much more away from Las Ramblas and felt we had found the real town - wonder way and get better food, real choice and don't feel ripped off.

Las Ramblas was a very busy part of town. There were lots of street acts to stop & watch & thousands of tourists. Prime area for pickpockets & scammers - but i didn't see any whilst i was there.
So many fabulous shops & restaurants to see & visit on the way. I particularly liked the little streets that came off Las Ramblas & wound their way around the buildings & back to Las Ramblas again. A lovely walk down to the harbour. Very busy so just be cautious.

Beautiful street from down the harbor up through the center of Barcelona. Great use of the middle area of the street with bar and restaurant seating. Don't for forget to visit the little side streets and the wonderful Mercat de la Boqueria. The traffic is a bit annoying.

This road is basically the line between the old and new complete Barcelona. Have a lots of restaurants on this street. But, NEVER, NEVER EAT ON THIS STREET! Can considered as a real scam if you step in any restaurant. The food is not fresh and very expensive as well!

However, there are lots of artistics who stan here with cosplaying stuffs, and this is what I like the most about this street.

It is convenient to the port and in walking distance to a lot of things, but very touristy and busy. Most of the restaurants on and near it are tourist oriented, and not that good in my opinion. Lots of places selling cheap souvenirs from China.
