Pros: The room had the most excellent climate control and heating Very good shower and water pressure Shampoo conditioner etc in shower (although not the best quality) Television had dozens of channels both local and international (excellent quality) Very quiet neighborhood Easy and quick access from the train station to the hotel Free internet throughout the hotel The rooms were attended to every day Can’t say enough good things about the staff, they were great Although the rooms are quite small it did not bother us because we were out and about all day Fairly economical Cons: Worst one of all was that there was no fridge in the room There are no double beds, only two beds pressed together The beds were short, if you’re over 1,70 your feet extend off the end Sleeping quality was not that good. The hotel is not soundproof… at all… you can hear everything going on on your floor and surrounding rooms
If you’re interested in parking a car near the hotel access to free parking space is nearly impossible, we parked in a private lot nearby at 18€/24 hours
The rooms were not as clean as I would have hoped, the beds were made up every day but the room was not actually cleaned
Internet was slow
Breakfast was just adequate
No phone on rooms

We would leave the hotel at 9am and return at 9pm so we literally used it as a base to shower and sleep. If you're looking for something fancy do not stay here.
Although there are more cons than pros, if we ever returned to Barcelona, we would return to this hotel for the wonderful staff, quite neighborhood and good price.More
