Barcelona is an amazing city, rich in beauty, history and things to do. We are a family of four, including 2 boys aged 10 and 6. We discussed to Jordan (Hi This is Barcelona) the best way to see the city according to our wishes, which included calm and pleasant walks, taking the best of what we were able to see, instead of an usual hurried and superficial sightseeing.
I think this is the main difference of Hi This is Barcelona: you do exactly what you want to do, in your rithyn and you feel like you have the company of a friend who lives and loves Barcelona, not a tour guide simply doing his job.
That's how we felt about Jordan. We did 2 half day tours (Gothic Quarter and Modernism). At the end, Jordan took us to have a lunch in good restaurants and indicated and reserved others to dinner and made us very confortable to call him to get others tips.
And we had another good surprise: besides English and Spanish, he could speak basic Portuguese, what helped us a lot with the kids.
