The staff in the reception was professional and polite. At arrival there were some issues with the availability of one of our rooms, but they managed the situation and gave us an upgrade as a compensation. We did not try the breakfast since it was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The air conditioning system worked perfectly. But the coffee and tea supplies were not restocked each day. The view from our rooms toward Torro Agbar were nice.
The Location was good with a shopping mall across the street. The nearest metro station was 5 minutes away and there was also a tram stop just outside going to the beach.
The gym on the 19th floor appeared to be just ok. The pool area was a bit dirty but the view of the city from the same area was nice. The pool was quite small and very cold. The adjacent outdoor Jacuzzi was also very cold!?
We had a great time in Barcelona but the hotel didn’t left any memorable impression – it did the job but not more.

Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast was good, although one thing what we wished for was vegetables. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Good air condition system. Location was great, shopping mal was near to hotel. Nearest metro stop("glories") was about 5 minutes walking. It took about 20minutes to walk to the beach. There were some children who played in the fitness room. We think that fitness room was not suitable for kids play.

We came to see to the city to watch the WC in Swimming plus a Soccer game. The hotel is in relatively a good location, has good access to transportation and is quite a modern one (he accommodation are at a favorable level), The rooms are clean and so is the hotel in general, however it was quite noisy till late hours and main problem was that breakfast in all three days - was incredibly messy, noisy made the staff very impolite and gave us a bitter feeling. I know for a matter of fact the some guys had quit and went to a coffee shop nearby.....Unfortunately I can not say (that under these circumstances) it has match the ranking nor the price.

Room Tip: Prefer the rooms heading to the East.
