Stopped in solo for a bite because this was by my hotel and I needed sushi. Little did I know this was Michelin starred (next time, research!). Fortunately was dressed for the part and they found a spot for me (even though sushi bar was full). Amazing food and experience even though I was a solo fish out of water amidst all the couples. If you're going solo, call ahead for a spot at the sushi bar. Some of the best sushi I've had in Europe.

Make a reservation on the bar. The chef makes the rolls in front of you. The best option is the gastronomic menu. The flavors are excellent.

I went to Koy Shunka with high expectations. We didn't want to eat the big tasting menu and decided to go for the a la carte menu. The menu was explained very well by our waiter and he helped us making a selection, witch was very good. Here I can highlight the scallop and red prawns in tempura witch was the best dish by far during our dinner experience.

Although the wine list was a small and a bit expensive.

We had an wonderful evening and I will come back for sure!!

One of the best meals I've ever had and the highlight of my trip to Barcelona. Definitely make sure to sit at the bar. It's incredible watching all the work that goes into every dish. The chefs who prepare your dishes also present them to you and describe the dishes.

Everything was really delicious and original. Just a great experience overall.
