This was our last evening in Barcelona this year. And we stopped in that place. Food was so so. But the biggest dissapointment came when we started to pay. It was our last day, so cash was almost gone, only left some small money for Aerobus for next morning.
So we ask if we can pay with cc. We were tolled that we can.
One more problem is that we were 4 girls from different countries, so is little complicated than to give money back to each other. So always we were paying each one its part. And NEVER NOWHERE was ANY problem. So here we asked to do the same. The waiter sent us to cashier to pay. We went. At the cashier was a girl that was VERY unhappy that she had to do that extra work with separating the bill. We were 4 people and she, I have no idea WHY, devided the bill for 3 same bills.. And said that is no other possibility to change it now... That register is CLOSED. That is complitelly no sence! There is always the possibility to cancel or change it in the register program. Plus she puted there that we pay with 2 cards and one cash.... She staerted to be crazy nervous, was screaming like sick on us. Why was this behaviour, have no idea. Wanted just to pay our bill. Than came a manager and started to scream at us that we in Spain and have to speak spanish... I understand some spanish and he was really rude and disgusting to us. Than he was screaming to this girl to call police. :))) We were fighting for an hour at least. This restaurant spoiled our last evening in Barcelona. This woman need medical help, and this manager needs to be little more polite to the customers that bring money to his place. Finally we payed their way, that i really regret, just we had to pack and wake up at 4 am. So was no mood to continue with that people, that cant control themselves.. They all need profesional help their. Never had so bad experience in restaurants...
