The setting: 24 th floor of a design hotel on the fringe of the city center. Metal and white design. Stunning view from the restaurant and the bar. The dinning room offers direct view into the kitchen. You go through the kitchen to access the dinning room
The service: impeccable through-out the lunch. Excellent sommelier
The food: tasting menu is perfectly balanced with a flury of different culinary experiences incorporating local ingredients with some interesting discoveries such as the duck cooked blue with crispy skin. The truffle and fava bean coulis is quite an experience. The two brothers are running the kitchen very smoothly and there is a great attention to deails that is so often missing in many restaurants. Perfect presentation of all the dishes. Only negative comments the "aperitif" snacks were somehow disapointing compared to the rest of the menu
Price: very well priced for the overall quality and service at 100€
