I have been to this restaurant 8-10 times in my life. It used to be a nice place to try a new wine and have a few tapas. However, in our penultimate visit we already felt that prices had gone up, while food quality was clearly not what used to be. This was confirmed in our most recent visit, which will definitely be the last. It is hard to explain such a change from good to bad. There has probably been a management change or they have not found the way to "navigate" through the crisis (increase prices and reduce quality does not seem to be the wisest of the options).
