The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and extremely elegant. That is where the exceptionality ends. The waiter dropped two pieces of flatware on me and thought it was very amusing. Each course of the special tasting menu came floating in liquid. Maybe it was the chef's night off. We had to request refills of water and the wine for our final entree never arrived. The manager tried to be accomodating by serving us some desert wine and then some sherry and petit fors which never arrived! We could hear him screaming in the kitchen after our complaints--he did reduce our bill and was extremely embarrassed.
