We found this hotel by chance because we didn't have a reservation and couldn't navigate ourselves to some places we would like to try downtown. However, if we knew about it beforehand, we would anyway choose this place, which offers clean and spacious rooms for a very reasonable price (€ 50 August). Yes, it is out of town, but there is a bus stop some 100 metres away, with lines taking you straight to the aqueduct for € 0,88 - no reason to try to find parking spots for your car or walk the 20-30 minutes needed to get there, though it is a nice walk with a great approach to the aqueduct.

It also offers free inside parking and very affordable meals (we didn't try it though).

We got a room facing the street and the noise didn't bother us at all (ok, maybe we were too tired to notice it).

Similar to the other reviews, we found the hotel to have clean rooms, basic but adequate. Our room was also a bit noisy. The street in front of the hotel did have a relatively high volume of traffic which could easily be heard from our room (which faced the street), but unfortunately you could hear each time somebody else shut the door to their room or moved a piece of furniture. In addition, our room did not have a shower curtain - maybe that's the way all of the rooms are or maybe it was simply overlooked. Either way, we only utilized the room for sleeping and didn't spend too much time in the hotel. If you're looking for a basic, inexpensive hotel to crash for the night, this place should meet your expectations. If you're looking for a plush and peaceful hotel to spend some time, i recommend looking elsewhere.

There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel. Bus #4 can be picked up at this stop and will take you directly to the base of the aqueduct. We were able to leave our luggage in a room behind the front desk of the hotel while we were out sightseeing.

Room Tip: Request a room facing away from the busy street
