Hubby and I had lunch there around 2pm on a Sat. and it was almost empty. We ordered a dinner salad and the "Samson and Delilah" combo platter that had chicken, beef, lamb and beef tartar and hummus. Everything was delicious. Liked lamb the best. Rest of meats a bit less flavorful, but still good. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant overall. There wasn't a single Spanish family in the place, which concerned us (eat where the locals eat), but aside from British students dropping the F word loudly in every sentence, the place was tranquil, authentic, and hearty. Great food, great ingredients, with touches of unique restaurant-distinct sauces etc created by their chefs. The vegetarian food lacked popping flavors (aside from the falafel, which is to die for), but the sauces used made up for this. Try any dish with their strawberry pomegranate home made sauce. Oh, and order less than you think you need to- the portion sizes are really great!

Great place in Segovia to enjoy true Arabic cuisine. Owner very friendly, serves tables himself. During summer meals can be eaten outside on a nice terrace out looking the Aqueduct. Certainly recommend it.

Right in the center of segovia this amazing restaurant is one that you can not afford to not visit. The owner is the nicest man around, he greats you, serves you and cooks! He loves his craft and I remember having a good hour talk with him about how he gets the ides for his menu. I know for sure if I were to go back to segovia any time soon I would make sure to set a few dinners or lunches at this gem!

Tucked away down a side street by the tourist office, there's a talented chef cooking deliciously different food in Segovia. Tuma offers a very good rendition of the classic middle eastern menu - shish kebabs, tagine, hummus etc, but also a menu that successfully melds spanish and middle eastern flavours with a real delicacy of touch and appreciation of flavours. Add to this the warm multilingual welcome we received and the fact that a delicious and generous, 3 course lunch with wine for two came in at well under €40, makes Tuma easy to recommend.
