“Roman architecture at its best!”
Reviewed August 26, 2013

What else is there to say!? It is indeed one of the most impressive architectural monuments in Spain! It is amazing to see the structure, especially the arches will make you wonder: how on earth did they do it?
Just wander along the aqueduct and marvel at the amazing construction!

“IF YOU LIKE HISTORY...SEGOVIA, SPAIN”
Reviewed August 25, 2013

History boffin's paradise! Very pretty little town with original Roman viaduct. Quaint streets, Castle, Church, shops. Lots of walking up and down...I absolutely loved it. Would definitely go back again. Also took a drive around the surrounding countryside and villages. Very well worth while.

“Incredible!”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

Amazing that it stands after so many years. The stones are cut perfectly. It's amazing that the keystone is actually 3 keystones on the first level and everything fits together perfectly. The downside is, at least on the north side, you can't actually get above the part where the water traveled to see that construction. It's a marvel worth seeing. I wish there was more information on its purpose, origin point and termination point.

“Impressive Romans”

An exceptional piece of architecture - well worth the visit. It's a very popular attraction and as most of the cities traffic passes by very quickly, keep your eyes open!

“Worth the drive!”
Reviewed August 3, 2013 via mobile

We were staying in Madrid for a few days and decided to take a little side trip up to Segovia to see the aqueduct and castle. Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive! Be aware that there is a 8 euro toll if you take the main road.

The Aqueduct itself is outstanding! After traveling in Spain for over a week it is still one of my top favorite sights. Make sure you climb the stairs for a nice view from above. Enjoy!
