If you want a local experience in terms of atmosphere, clientele and food, hit El Sitio. We did not go up to the dining room. Rather, stayed below at the crowded bar and had authentic tapas. The quality was excellent. Despite being crowded, it was easy to get food and wine. And, when we got the bill, we were amazed at the price/value. It was a real treat and highlight of the trip.
