Juderia is now Tuma. Same chef/owner & decor, now above tourist office at the acqueduct. All home-made items... great fresh falafel, best babaganoush I've ever had. Husband's moussaka was fabulous. And the desert... a light cheesecakey thing with honey...wow. In all, the sort of meal where your first bite is a revelation, and you savor the memory for hours afterward. ...and the value! The menu (first course, second course, postre, pan, agua y vino - a whole bottle for the two of us) was only 12euro per person.
We spend July every year in Segovia, the main drawback being scarcity of non-spanish food choices after a while. This restaurant almost single-handedly makes up for it!
