Located right across from Cathedral. Parking available, staff really helpful. Would recommend. Walking distances restaurants, shops.
We stayed just one night, room really comfortable, wifi, two nice windows with balcony, one facing cathedral, perfect view.

Room tip: Best location in Burgos.

Stayed 2 nights in a comfortable room with a stunning close-up view of the cathedral - which is worth 5 stars by itself. The hotel is well sited for exploring an interesting city. Our room came with a comfy bed and a good-sized ensuite bathroom. There is a lift/elevator to all floors. Breakfast was excellent - the best we had in 50 days on the Camino - everything fresh and with Cava available to start your day with a sparkle if you wish. The breakfast room has a great view of the cathedral and its own stained glass window. We were sorry to leave.

Room tip: Ask for a room facing the cathedral on a higher floor (we were on 5th).

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in Burgos. It was literally across from the Cathedral of Burgos. Good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are warm, double windows and heating which is a must here in Burgos which can get quite cold.

It would be impossible to give this hotel a bad review. One gets the impression that the bad reviews on here about this hotel are from people who just need to complain, without justification. An historic hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in Spain across a pretty square from one of the most stunning cathedrals in the world. We are staying three nights here as we love Burgos, and this comfortable and affordable hotel in a complex of historic buildings on a mediaeval square puts us right in the centre of the city. We will come back here again and again.

Room tip: Ask for a view of the cathedral. You may have to pay a bit more, however.

The location to the Cathedral and city centre is ideal.
However, the hotel is in distinct need of modernisation and repair.
My room had chipped floors, old toilet units and the general feel of the room is simply run down. Not ideal.Service was not really helpful.
I only stayed 1 night whilst on the Camino.
So in conclusion, on the Camino, great location - poor quality of stay for a premium price over the other hotels I have stayed in during my Camino.
