The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location,10 minutes walk into the centre, but the food was absolutely dreadful. The rooms are very tired, our bathroom was dirty, black silicone around the shower & around the bath plug was disgusting. Not worthy of a 4 star rating. Everyone on our trip seemed to be in twin beds, very odd.

We stopped over for one night in Burgos recently - I wished we had stayed longer as this hotel was so good! The hotel receptionist was a real gem! We arrived in the middle of Fiesta - roads being blocked off by police, hotel car park full! She was so helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds comfy. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We were too late to eat in the restaurant but for sightseeing it is centrally located and was very easy to find...it is on the corner of the street. It was a stop over night on route elsewhere - I wished we had stayed longer and would definately stay here again. One tip - if in a car, arrive early as the hotel car park does get full. The car park is located at the back of the hotel, on the street parallel to Calle Vitoria. If you can't get in there is a public underground car park a few minutes away. You can park in a bay in front of the hotel to unload luggage and then go an park - it was easy!

My husband, friend and I were on a Pilgrimage from Fatima and on to Lourdes France and when he became extremely ill and was hospitalized there in Burgos Spain. The hotel attendants couldn't do enough for us! They were accommodating in every way possible as we had to stay additional days in Burgos. They gave us the same rate for the weekend, kept my husband's wheelchair in their office, charging it for us, brought gifts to our room from our local travel guide, helped us find a train to Madrid for flying home and more. The room was clean, food delicious, and I will stay there again for certain if I ever have the pleasure to return to Burgos Spain.

Stayed here one night was very nice and clean room. Everything is the way it should be. We ordered food in the room as the restaurant wasn't going to open. Food is very poor quality didn't like it. One stake of fish is 21€ and half way cooked , salad old and dry, asparagus was something I haven't seen before . Anyway breakfast was a much better choice . Will only recommend to stay but not eat. Oh and wifi is free!!! parking is private for 12€ per day if not you will have to find one ( very busy street and not many free parking spaces) and it's 1.50€per two hours.
