This is a European touch but with a touch of middle east. You can never ignore the intricate works allover inside and outside the church.

Obviously underrated, but the interior of this beautiful old cathedral presents a superb combination of the Mudejar to Christian transition, very well preserved and restored, while the Visigoth artifacts from 6th-8th centuries are also a very interesting and unique,as their legacy is often never seen anywhere else. The soft golden glow from all these treasures provide a very intimate atmosphere. A climb up the bell tower gives you a scenic view, although it is through wire mesh, and the stairs are fairly steep and not well lit,so probably not for older or very tall people.

A must see and experience, beautifully maintained church. Great scenic view of the hills and train ride up the mountain.
Not very comfortable for oldies.

A beautiful cathedral with such an expansive interior. It offers not only great artifacts, but a wonderful place for reflection. A must see. If you do not want to pay the 8 Euro fee, you can enter to get a limited view for free. I recommend paying the fee as you will not be disappointed. You also receive an audio guide with the entrance fee that provides wonderful commentary.
