We sought out this restaurant after seeing such good reviews on TA, and weren't disappointed!
It's a family-run place, and the English-speaking son was really helpful in explaining the menu and how it works: He recommended sharing dishes, and pointed out that they serve half-portions too, which were a lovely idea, and so cost-effective - We couldn't have managed full portions!
The food is really well-cooked and very local. We had the pork stew and some fish, plus fabulous roasted vegetables (a rarity in Spain, we find!). The red wine was delicious too.
We sat at a raised table with a very interesting glass top, displaying all sorts of delights underneath!
The restaurant was full of locals and a few tourists, so a good mix.
If you like a local vibe, with real Spanish food, this is for you!
(Apparently Fabula, a restaurant just up the road, is run by the brother, but was closed at the time we went).
