“Great Venison (ie Ciervo) I have eaten in a long time.”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

This was great value with exceptional Tapas dishes. The venison was truly great as were the Patatas Bravas. Wine and beer were good - white yugo wine was very pleasant. We finnished with ice cream served in a waffle basket and coffee. So 4 tapas, 2 glasses of wine, one large beer, 2 coffees and 2 large ice creams all for 30 euros. This locals bar had a constant stram of people waiting for tables - on a Monday night! Well worth a visit.

“Nice terrace for drinks and tapas”
Reviewed September 25, 2012 via mobile

The bar is situated on a quiet street with the terrace placed in a dead end so there are no passing pedestrians. There is plenty of outside seating with table service and also plenty of shade provided if you want to keep out of the sun.

The terrace offers a small tapas menu outside the main evening and afternoon service time when a larger menu s offered. Service is quick and food was good.

The inside of the bar is really interesting and is designed to show off the older elements of the building with glass flooring. The toilet doors are unusual in that you an see out into the bar when closed, I made the assumption that people could not see in the other way :)

“Nice place”
Reviewed September 25, 2012

We sat here for a drink, because it was very close to the city center where we got out of the Zoco Tren. We had to self-service, because there weren't enought waiters, but it wasn't a problem. For dinner we also went there, because we had to catch the last train to Madrid at 21:30 and the kitchen opened at 20:00 here (unlike many other restaurants, which opened at 20:30). Unfortunately there was only tapas and sandwiches. But they were delicous and the service was nice. I would recommend it. You can sit outside or inside, which is also nicely decorated. A little queue was also forming when we were leaving.

“Great Tapas”
Reviewed September 8, 2012

Once more chose Tapas and we loved it. Good service and keen to please. Called a taxi for us. Sadly people smoked as it was a street location. Outside, you take that risk. When we left there was a queue of would be diners.

“Out of the tourists, great discovery”
Reviewed August 14, 2012

We discovered this place by listening to locals talk about it. It's not far from the main plaza, and it's a good place to eat. The atmosphere is very nice and the food is good. The tapas are more than average and the price is good. I would recommend it very much.
