We stayed here for two nights and staff could not do enough. Our room was lovely big and clean. The air con had a slight problem and they were up to fix it in seconds all done and fixed in minutes. Also the hostel is central for everything, a great find.

Room Tip: Go to Restaurante Alfileritos 24 and Bar Three Sad Tigers Walk Miradero, 45001 Toledo, Spain both great food and lovely spots

The restaurant is in a central street of old Toledo city, it has an internal room with several tables; it is not a luxury place but is enough spacious and clean it looks Spanish style and ther is nos smell of "fried food"
There is a large choice of foods both in Menu combinations and A-la-carte organization.
The menù is written in Spanish and English with pictures also, and Italian, German and French versions are available.
The service is very kind, the waiter, that probably was also the owner, has been very friendly and very helpful, he gave us any possible suggestion and explanation about content and preparation of dishes we were interested to.
We were four adults, we had a dinner with four of the various available menu combinations, one bottle of red wine, water and coffees; all the foods was very good and satisfying and we spent about 13€/person !
The best choice of all our short trip in Spain, an absolutely “not to miss” restaurant! (written April 2012)

Very clean hotel. You get a lot for what you pay. Breakfast was small, but food isn't the strongest thing in Spain. Still was worth the twO euros it cost.

This hotel weighs in at the budget end of the market but is clean, quiet and benefits from friendly staff. The rooms are simple, light and airy. Restaurant is OK but there are probably better food options in Toledo if you're looking for real quality.

I was scheduled to stay at the Hostel on the 29th of Sept. however when we arrived at the airport in Casablanca the day we were to fly to Madrid and pick up our car to drive to Toledo we found there was a Nationwide strike and we could not fly out till the next day. As soon as I found out I contacted booking.com and requested a change in dates so we could stay on the 30th instead but the Hostel was booked and had no room on that day. Even with the strike Mario the owner charged us as a no show stating that he contacted us to let us know of the strike which is not true. I wish I had known of the strike as I could have avoided a miserable night in the airport. I was able to cancel the car and another hotel with no penalty as they knew it was the strike and beyond our control the our vacation plans had to change. I guess this is a good place but not a trustworthy owner.
