Don't be put ff by the outward appearance of this small restaurant in an unattractive backstreet. And arrive before 9pm and you may find yourself alone. Persevere, the food, service and value is excellent. Little English spoken but the waitress was very helpful.
A complementary aperitif of humus was brought to the table, but in a sign of things to come it was far more than just humus. Starters of "Tempura vegetables" and "Chipirones" for starters again understated what appeared on our plates. A "de-constructed" beefburger and an excellent steak for mains and we had no room to look at deserts. If you order the burger you may want to ask for it well done. So many extras and everything just right and contributing to the plate.
How they manage to prepare and serve what they do in such a small kitchen I don't know. I can't recommend this restaurant too highly
