Reviewed November 13, 2012

My wife and i were recommended by a friend who had recently visited S/C that we should make the effort ,hire a car and travel to Las Teresitas for at least one day of relaxation on the this beach just outside of the capital. We would suggest that you do the same.Marvelous day in a marvelous clean environment.

“Lovely Beach”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

We were staying in Santa Cruz & took a trip down to the beach via taxi (10euro) the beach is beautiful - the sand is imported but it is very popular!!
There are restaurants / parking etc for the locals so I can see why the beach was full.

Recommended to go and visit :) its a lovely walk along the beach & the water is also warm!

“Good beach with plenty of amenities”
Reviewed September 13, 2012

This is a lovely beach - albeit created by imported sand! Very popular and easy to see why. Good for swimming, toilets, showers, food outlets and lots of parking available - what more do you want? Easy drive from Santa Cruz.
Highly recommended for a beach day!

“Nicely imported Beach”
Reviewed September 7, 2012

If you see light yellow sand in Tenerife, than you must know it is imported...but I doubt the children care. Our loved the sand, the palms and the location. Thanks to the trees it is feasible to find shade, the stands with icecream have reasonable prices. We stopped here for a few hours on our way back from the mountains. Thanks to the special barriers the water is hot and the sand is not going back to Sahara. We noticed a lot of local people vs tourist, which was a plus as they simply behaved better :)

“Best Beach Teresitas”
Reviewed August 29, 2012

This beach is so good, golden sand, sunbeds, showers, palm trees, free parking, shallow water! This beach has to be the best on Tenerife, we had a hire car & had read about this place so decided to make the trip from the south which took just over an hour, easy driving as its motorway almost all the way & certainly worth it.
There is a fish restaurant near the entrance to the beach which serves excellent food & well worth a visit called Cofradia de Pescadores.
