Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Our suite was big and well equipped. It had a balcony which overlooked the pool and gardens. The room, the hotel and its situation in Santa Cruz were all very nice and we would have no hesitation about returning.

Room tip: Junior Suite top floor.

This hotel is excellent. The accommodation is delightful (we have stayed here twice and sampled two different suites) and the staff are very professional, but also friendly. The café/bar near reception is used by elegant locals for coffee and snacks. We have already booked to return again.

Room tip: Book direct on the hotel website for best deals!

The hotel is located close to the Rambla del General Franco, a very busy and noisy street. However the windows are double insulated and therefore the nights rest is excellent in a large and comfortable king size bed. The personnel is helpful and friendly, the food in the in-house restaurant is very fairly priced and of goo quality. Parking garage is on the expensive side, but since street parking is almost impossible you are glad to have a parking spot. Pool is clean and ideal for a morning swimming, the water is deep and not for small children.

this is a small hotel in Santa Cruz in a residential district. Pros- good sized rooms with excellent bathrooms, great free wifi, good food, nice pool are, lovely staff, very nice area near a large park, very few English people (I'm English!) and some local soldiers stay there :-)
Cons- parking not great- persevere with parking on the street and drive around for a few minutes if necessary to grab a free parking bay :-)

Overall, I would highly recommend this great little hotel.

Room tip: overlooking the pool and on 4th floor are great.
