We loved this hotel. It is family run and has a happy atmosphere. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable, with a good sized bed, bathroom, fridge, balcony over the garden. The pool and sunbathing area were quiet and very accessible, with views on Teide on one side and the town and sea on the other. It's in a residential area above the town and cleverly planned not to spoil the landscape. The restaurant is very good, the food ample and varied. We'll be going back!

Room Tip: The rooms over the garden are probably the quietest.

well what can we say apart from dont waste your money on this hotel
not near the beach
not good for families with children
food poor
entertainment very poor
staff very rude
the pics are not any think you like what it is
no mini bar
no coffee and tea in rooms
no air con
no kids pool
no sauna
no second bar or second pool
and the tv room what a joke
and what every you do if you do book ask for a room at the front of the hotel not the back otherwise you will be awake most of the night from 2 am with cockerels
the rudest bar staff
ai stops at 11 pm and the bar closes by 11.45 every night sharp
we can g on and on
we have loads of pics but only putting a few on here just showing a few things
it took them 7 days to fix the socket and 10 days to move rooms
just be warned

Room Tip: at the front never the back otherwise YOU WILL NOT SLEEP

My fiance and I have no complaints about the hotel whatsoever! Our room was very clean and tidy. The food was very good and you always find something for yourself! we didnt really have any complaints about the food at all!! All staff was very friendly, all barmans were having a laugh with us every day! even the fat one (well he wasnt fat at all, big ish but not fat) was pleasant and happy so I dont know what people are on about. If u r nice to them they will return nice behaviour! The cockrels are not that noisy what people say!! we could barely hear them! we even were feeding cute little things :) Entertainment was good, especially Dj who played every other night! . There is a free bus to town but we never used it because it was a nice walk and we had a chance to burn some calories ;) We met amazing people in there, had a laugh every day. remember its a three star hotel guys not a luxury posh one so its well worth it for this price!!a holiday is what you make it!

saw many mixed reviews, and im glad i went, would defo go back.its high up in the mountains, the views are amazing, quite a trek back up,but there is a free bus or the taxi is about £3.50.im a fussy veggie, and i stuffed myself continually!!, the place is clean and tidy, nothing fancy, but not there much anyway, the room had a washing machine!! fridge and radio, balcony quite small, staff are friendly and helpful, the evening bar man was brillant!!.entertainment had 3 nights of a disco good choice of music,1 night a man singing and playing piano, good but not my thing,a animal night, one night without and didtnt see the other. night.yes there are cockrails and hens and there babies and i loved them!! and fed them, its apart of spain.puerto del la cruz is a great place to visit, beach is crap, but all of them are in tenerife, the only annoying things are the looky looky men, people selling trips and trying to get you to eat.in general yu where a wrist band so you are not bothered, but this hotel gives you a card.we were leaving 5.50 pm,food and drink ran out at 3pm,met some really nice people including dave and margaret -)

IHad a great time at this hotel. And for the price think it’s a bargain. Food variety was limited but quality was good. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Walk to town is not as bad as people make out. But it is a steep climb back. I walked most days and on a night were beers made that difficult got a taxi, which was very cheap (less than 5 euro)

The hotel was like retirement home, the food was fish every day so we had to eat out even though we were all inclusive. The pool is freezing steps are slippy and coming away from the side also the jaquzzi does not work and you have to pay 10 euros for the sauna.
The barman that everyone complains about is a miserable rude and strict member of staff and wont let you have more then one drink at a time and even told off a child for having ice cream.
All inclusive does not start until 11am (not even a glass of water to take my tablets) before that you have to pay and it finishes at 11pm.
If you have a late flight home your gonna be starving and thirsty as all inclusive is stopped at 12am when you check out your room leaving you for hours on your last day with nothing to eat and drink even though you have paid for that day all inclusive.
Dont bother to complain to the hotel they would not do a thing and we also contacted the holiday provider without any response and was told the queue on the phone was 25 minutes wait (not suprised).
The cockerals are making noise morning noon and night especially at 4 in the morning.
Once you leave the hotel the town is lovely nothing much to do apart from the Loro park which is a zoo and has shows with whales and dolphins which was brilliant.
We went for a quiet holiday and we certainly got that and we would never go back there ever.!!
I would hope that this would deter anyone from going to this hotel but if you decide on going we told you so !!

Room Tip: Don't bother to go to this hotel.
