Located away from the main eating streets, the Lido Vinoteca is a good place to start off an evening. The local house wines of Marba and Vinatigo were both lovely. The tapa of local goats cheese, Iberico ham and divine tomato/garlic sauce with bread were a perfect simple way to start a Tenerife tapa tour.
Prices are reasonable and the bar staff friendly and precise in their preparation. I'd recommend sitting at the bar to chat with them.
Be aware, the Iberico ham is expensive: 12 Euros a plate. But, it should be given the quality.
