We were roaming the streets of La Laguna randomly looking for a plec to have dinner after watching the parade for the Kings Day. As one could imagine it seemed like the whole iksland was in one place. Everywhere was full, but, for some reason this one made us feel like it is worth while waiting for...

And we had a beautiful dinner. Huge portions, even when talking about starters. Desert? Try the blueberry pie... We did have some problems with getting soft drinks, but that is just because they promote themselves as a wine cellar too, which is ok in my book from the marketing point of view...

The bathrooms need a bit more attention. Nothing really bad just minor details, but than again the place was overcrowded. As for the staff they were lovely, always smiling and making sure that we are ok. and so were the other customers, all of them locals which gave us a "good bye" in english so we all had a laugh when we returned the same words in spanish. Fun evening all in all. Good value for money.

Beautiful Canarian food and wine in a very welcoming room, but be warned the portions are enormous

We had high hopes of this restaurant based on previous reviews but were disappointed. The starter and main courses we had were bland. The local wine was nowhere near the quality of that we had elsewhere on Tenerife at about the same price. Many items on the menu were not available, but we only discovered this one by one by trying to order them. My wife ended up with her fifth choice for main course!

We asked for coffee after the meal but were told they do not serve coffee! We did not want a sweet, but were not asked if we wanted one – perhaps they don’t do that either, or had run out!

The service was far too fast. We were asked to order almost the instant we had sat down, and there was virtually no gap between our two courses.

Food from Gallicia. We had Secreto Iberico and it was very good. Nice busy atmosphere. Very friendly service and good wine. I forgot to keep the receipt so I can't remember the price but it wasn't expensive.
