Stayed here for 7 nights. On first floor- Subject to passing traffic noise in morning and the odd noisy passers bye. Apartment a little dated but clean. Small kitchen but all you needed. Bathroom fine with good shower. Twin beds- great comfy mattresses. TV no English channels. Great outlook from balcony- sea and and little park area. no charge for the safe in room .Staff were really lovely . Looking forward to returning.

Excellent position with amazing view over the prom. Sun all day long on the spacious balcony. Our room was on a high floor and therefore very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff and everything you need to cook breakfast plus a large fridge. Lots of hanging space and pleasing decor. Great to have open plan bedroom because we could look out over the sea in the morning. Particularly comfortable bed! Spotlessly clean throughout! An ideal place to stay out of the concrete tourist areas. Lots to explore nearby, with many restaurants and bars plus interesting sights.! Local markets on different days and the whole area felt Spanish and not comercialised. Near an excellent beach and bus routes. The jacuzzi on the roof was great..really comfortable sunbeds and an interesting view. Excellent value and would happily return.

Room tip: High floor gives great views.

Our apartment was ideal for our needs. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for all of our meals during our two week stay. There is great bakery shop and supermarket nearby. There was also plenty of bars and restaurants for eating out.

Room tip: We found floor 6 ideal, giving great views, yet we'll above street level and close to the roof solarium

Lovely relaxing break in a very clean, tidy and welcoming apartments, the host and hostess were super. Arrecife a little quiet, but enough bars and restaurants. But if you need livelier a short taxi ride is all you need for Costa Teguise or Puerto Del Carmen or hire a bike, it’s easy to ride!

All balconies have an uninterrupted sea view.
The bedroom has no door and is part of the lounge so you are able to pull the curtains in the morning and have a fabulous view from your bed.
Nearest supermarket 200m.
Nearest restaurant 50m.
Nearest sea 60m.
Nearest beach 300m.
Friendly staff.
Not possible to get two showers in one after the other.
Good location for exploring Arrecife.
Taxi from airport Eu13.
Main bus station about 20 mins. walk. Buses available to all parts of the island including no. 9 to Ozola then ferry boat to island of La Grasciosa.
