“IT HAS CLOSED DOWN!!!!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 15, 2014

We cycled all the way up the hill from our hotel and found out that it was closed even though website and tourist board said it was open!!!! Even had opening times on the ticket office outside as we stood there looking confused.....Tried several different days at several different times but to no avail......Could see looked very run down and deserted and in a good need of a paint!!!!!Whew glad it was closed personally from outside looked like a complete waste of time and money!!!!

“Could be so much better”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 22, 2013

the aqua park is a bit out of the way to get to from peurto del Carmen.we were 24 euros in a taxi but the bus might be a better option. was a reasonable entrance fee and there was plenty of loungers to choose from as it was one of the quieter days. there are a good few flumes and slides to choose from but watch out for the inflateable ring slide as you will get stuck due to the lack of water pressure, also keep your feet in as they will mostly end up crashing against the wall!!. the poolside and pools were all spotless and tidy and you can spend all day there if you wish. the main café was not open probably due to time of year and lack of people there. this is an ok waterpark and is a good way to spend your day if you don't have anything to do.one visit is enough as there is not much to keep the interest .

“Great fun - needs a bit of touch up - overall very good”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 16, 2013

Reading the other reviews i was wary. But knowing how fussy some people are i kept an open mind.... especially seeing when a lot of bad reviews had to do with getting there... taxi prices.. buses and absolutely nothing to do with the park and sounds like they were already in bad form when they arrived.

Yes the place needs a bit of an overhaul in places...... but it still is a great experience.... if you enjoy water slides.... plenty of choices of slides... choices for all age groups.

NOT the place to come if you are expecting SPA standards.... or if the lack of a lick of paint will put you off.

Myself and my wife and our nearly 3 year old went yesterday and had a great time. Very few people, and we had the young children's section almost to ourselves. She had a ball....and do did i while my wife relaxed in the sunshine.

We didn't use the lockers as we just left our things beside my wife while i took our little girl to the slides.

Please note that most slides are EITHER for children... or adults. So you can't slide down with your child.

Don't expect to be entertained by anyone or for a fairground atmosphere to be provided for you. The place was almost empty..... but the variety of slides and the fun we made ourselves made this a great place to come.

This place is what you make it yourself. The water slides are excellent. We didn't try any food as we are not into burger style food.

The cost for the 3 of us was €30 in total. Adults €15 each, and our almost 3 year old free.

Length of visit depends on your ages and numbers within your group. I would say a gang of teenagers could stay here for the whole day. With a very young child 2.5 hours were fine for us and i feel well worth the €30 for the 3 of us.

Bring your own towel... crocs are good for walking around although most people were bare foot. If cool water (which is the norm in all outdoor pools in Lanzarote including the top class hotels here), then maybe consider a ligh

“Great day out”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 15, 2013

We had a fantastic day here with 3 kids (3, 5, 7). Slides were huge hit with all, different areas for different ages helps keep everyone happy. Small kids area does need some repairs (resort should sort this out) but it was clean and safe and so didn't bother us. Staff were wonderful, vigilant and friendly. Changing rooms & toilets were immaculate.

“Disappointed”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2013

We visited the Aqua Park in Lanzarote on 21st October. To say we were disappointed was mild. The slides were old, worn in parts and quite dirty. The toilets and shower facilites were dirty and smelly in one section, others were clean enough. Also very annoying was that some of the slides were late opening and then closed around 4 o'clock without any warning leaving four of us very disappointed. Overall I would not recomment.
