If you arrive at the top of the garden there is a lovely restaurant with views down the side of the mountain of the gardens. You probably need a reservation.
It is a very steep and treacherous narrow uneven stone walkway to the bottom with no handrails
We had to help two women down or they would have fallen off the cliff
The lower gardens are flat and accessible
There are no maps and no staff to help you
There is no where to get water so be prepared
Good sturdy walking shoes are essential
While the gardens are lovely they really need to do a better job marking the trails and providing assistance
