A fantastic hotel with excellent facilities & friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfasts & evening meals, all self service. Highly recommended. The outdoor pool on the roof is heated & the spa which is attached to the pool is clean & well equipped. Children are only allowed access for 2 hours in the morning.

Room tip: Not all balconies facing the sea actually see the sun so we had to move rooms to get some afternoon warmth.

Stayed for a week. 1st floor room facing car park. Not a great outlook for a city view room. Not too noisy despite being a busy road as double doors to minimise external noise. Very clean but dated room. Uncomfortable beds which need replacing. Breakfast fine . Nice area, just on the beach. Plenty of places to eat locally. Good resort which we enjoyed visiting however would look for alternative accommodation if we visit again - holiday spoiled by lack of sleep due to poor beds. The rooms would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities.

Great hotel, direct on the beach of Las Canteras in Las Palmas... 4-5 star-service and a good restaurant, where you can eat in the evening, even as a not-hotel-guest... wonderful view over the beach from the roof-top-pool (only for hotel guests). Warm und friendly staff, very efficient. We will come again. Book rooms with sea-view...the other side is to the parking place

Room tip: book sea view rooms

Just returned from a 5 night stay in a sea view room at this lovely hotel. Our room was well appointed with a great terrace, well equipped bathroom and everything in the room and throughout the hotel was spotless. Breakfast has a variety of choices though the hot food tends to favour the German guests though there is a wide selection of egg dishes.
We did not have dinner at the hotel because there is great selection of restaurants within the vicinity and the old town.
Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. One small moan is having to pay for use of the in room safe, though only 1,20 euros per day it did feel a bit mean. However, we will return next year.

Room tip: Go for a sea view room

The position of this hotel is perfect, the boardwalk goes in both directions. Hotel was spotless. We had a room on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel, we liked sitting on the balcony at night watching the nightlife of the resort. Peaceful and quiet.
Rooftop pool & spa where amazing, try the massage bed!.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. The only downside was the evening food and dining room the dining room decor was very old fashioned and dated in total contrast to the rest of the crisp clean decor of the hotel. Hot food is kept warm in food trays with lids if these hadn't been opened for some time you get a very hot blast of steam which could give you a nasty burn. The standard of food was ok and wouldn't stop us returning but changes could be made to match the rest of the hotel.

Room tip: Higher the better view
