They don't mess around much with fancy food here. Order a steak and you get a steak. A side dish of grilled onion is... you guessed it: a grilled onion. In very rare (!) occasions you get meat of such a high quality that it really almost didn't have to be cooked at all. This was one of them. I ordrered a medium rare steak, and got a piece of meat that I would have sent back to the grill 99 out of a 100 times. But one tries first, and it was just melting in my mouth. The french fries was the best I've had anywhere.
We were seated with direct view to the grill, and that is always a good sign. They know their meat here, and don't pretend to be anything but a steak house. Recommended!
