Visited May 2018, party of 9 including 7 month old. Chose this restaurant because they had space to accommodate larger party. All the other restaurants were busy but this place was only a third full, guess I know why after our visit.
Welcome was luke warm, waiter was asked twice for a high chair but their was no rushing him, he insisted on methodically laying our table before he would supply highchair for granddaughter who was keen to start her lunch!
Waiter then informed us it would be a longer than normal wait as they were busy??? He estimated 30-40 minutes for food. We decided that would be ok.Waited ages to order drinks even though place was not busy. Food was eventually ordered and then came the long wait......... approx 75 minutes and then the food came out but only two meals, we then waited further 7 minutes for rest. Side dishes were missing and we had to ask for them.
Vegetable paella was ok and we ate it as we were by then starving. We proceeded to watch an argument between staff and one waitress was quite obviously furious! So entertainment was included free of charge. Two of us ordered cappuccinos and they were really nice, came with whipped cream which was lovely.
We watched other guests arrive and they received the same less than enthusiastic welcome we did so we came to the conclusion it was just us!
Whole experience was disappointing slow and very very average but on a good note the view along the harbour front was pretty and if you like people watching a great place to sit.
