A Menorcan couple took us to this small tapas place and explained that the owner is Galician (famous for their cuisine) and the name, Chicken Place, refers to poultry being safe here as the only thing they don´t serve is chicken! As promised, every single tapa was excellent. I recommend, well, the whole tapas menu: the octapus is true Galician style, the fried green peppers yummy and occasionally spicy, all sea food is fresh and, most of all, the bay scallops (zamburiñas) were simply delicious! We repeated nearly every plate, all 3 times we went back there. Of course, being so good the place is dead busy, popular with locals and tourists alike. Also, there are only 4-5 tables outside and they don´t take reservations, so don´t expect to sit out after 8.30 unless you are exceptionally lucky: I saw people queuing for hours , then give up and leave. If you really wanna taste their specialties either go inside (though it can be terribly crowded) or make sure you get there before 8.
