spent a week allincusive at the Binimar 18th May to 25th May with family, 4 adults and 2 grandchildren (6 and 4 years old). Overall we had a great time.
Apartments
I requested groundfloor apartments before we travelled and we got 2 apartments next door to each other right by the childrens pool (289 and 291), the apartments were basic, plenty of room and wardrobe space.
Restaurants and food
We read before we went that there were issues with the restaurants, having to queue, we never experienced any issues, we went at different times and always managed to get a table. The food was fine, good selection, grandchildren enjoyed their meals and always hot. The range of drinks was fine, plenty of choice and bar staff were friendly.
Entertainment
there was plenty to do lf you wanted to take part, evening entertainment was ok, different acts every night. Plenty to do for kids, play area, splashpool and kids club.
We went to Jimmy Hills a couple of nights again good for kids with bouncy castles and a Frozen show.
Overall
the hotel is ideal for families, the grounds are kept immaculate, rooms cleaned every 2 days and all the staff are very friendly. A couple of observations, chaining the sunbeds is a bit odd and I don't see the point and secondly, the water in the pools could do with being heated, they were freezing!
Would we return? If we travelled as a family then yes , if we went as just a couple then I am afraid not.

Room tip: rooms 289 and 291 close to kids pool

The hotel in nicely presented with welcoming reception area, well kept small gardens and 3 good pools.
The hotel room is clean but seems dated and a bit on the small side. Shower does not stay hot for long. There is a small kitchenette but no oven for self catering guests, a microwave and single hob only. Cupboards are full of utensils and plates.
Our view from the balcony was nice as we could see the sea. We also enjoyed being situated right by the main pool.
The splash park was better than the previous 4 star one that we had stayed in last year and our 6 year old had so much fun in it.
There are not enough reclining sunloungers and this was in off peak time. We had to get up at the crack of dawn to fight for a sunbed. Everyone puts towels down as with every hotel despite the no reserving notices.
The food is awful. Very cheap and most of it tasteless. We were bored within days and as all inclusive guests did not look forward to meal times as we have done in previous holidays. Occasionally there was something nice. We ate out twice and had amazing paella elsewhere. The paella made at the hotel was awful and I can make better myself at home. This is embarrassing for Spain. The staff were all lovely and attentive though. We were also pleased by the San Miguel on tap available to all inclusive guests. The entertainment was ok. Some of the main events such as the Freddie mercury act and the magic show were great but why does the children's disco only last 20 mins??? Other tui hotels have children's discos that lasted 90 mins!!! The main event was also over by 10 and the music off by half past. We ended up going to nearby jimmy hills for entertainment. The beach nearby has lovely clear waters and managed to get a swim at the end of the holiday but was ridden with jellyfish at the start of the week. They do go though so it's worth going down there to check. The sand is very stony though and the beach is more of a cove as it is very very small. There is a small bar area. Bit suprised that the cleaners only came round 3 times during our 7 our stay. But can accept that this may be to keep more environmentally friendly. Overall, we would not come here again. We were not wowed like we have been with other holidays. But we made the most of it and enjoyed ourselves anyway. Can't wait to have some tasty food at home though.

We visited last june, the kids loved it so much we returned this year.

We’ve just got back and had an amazing time , my husband played all the adult games winning 3 certificates and a bottle of champagne . And my eldest entered all the kids global animation games too and won a certificate . The global animation team are fantastic my youngest took a shine to billy boy who might I add was what makes the binimar what it is , he interacted with all the guests adults and kids and made everyone laugh from morning too night . My eldest liked the global animation lady with curly hair and glasses. Both are amazing at there job!

We’ve said we will be returning again.

My girlfriend, our 7 year old daughter and myself stayed for a week all inclusive from 31st May. Absolutely amazing place. All staff were friendly. Very clean place. Food was great, snapper, duck, swordfish and the best pizzas you'll ever taste. TUI reps helpful...you have a question just ask. Entertainment was fantastic, especially the Freddie Mercury tribute. Loads of activities but your not miethered to join in. 3 pools and we overlooked the kids pool in room 294. Great view although we spent most of our time at the bottom pool near the football/basketball court. Never had a problem getting a sunbed at this pool. I've genuinely not got a bad word to say about this place. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Special mention to Billy Boy....I've never known someone so happy! Keep up the good work Binimar....see you next year!

We booked an absolute bargain for this holiday and upgraded to all inclusive on arrival. The food was great... plenty of choice. The drinks were ok... maybe a bit watered down though. The place was very clean and the choice of pools was great... no problem getting a good spot around any of the pools. Only down side was very rude bar staff... maybe its because it was near the end of season but regardless no need to be rude. Overall a great holiday.
