Our party of six adults ranging in age from 26 to 60, spent a wonderful week at this villa.
The position of the property overlooking Cala Brut and with views out to sea is breathtaking.
The swimming pool is very large and was the focus of most of our daytime activity. There is access to the sea and it is a good place for snorkelling.
The top floor has a terrace with uninterrupted views and is a great place for pre-dinner drinks. The interior of the villa is also impressive, although we were disappointed by the bathrooms and the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms was a big negative as it was very hot while we were there. Fans are provided but were not that effective. The living area is well furnished and there is good wifi and satellite TV (can't comment too much on this as we didn't watch it).
The kitchen was a bit lacking when it came to wine glasses and serving bowls. There was no dish big enough for salad and we improvised with a large, shallow saucepan! There were only 8 wine glasses of differing sizes. It is well equipped with coffee machines though; a Siemens filter system and a Nespresso pod machine. A larger barbeque would have been handy, especially as the villa would sleep 8.
The area is very quiet but is within easy walking distance of the resort centre and a small supermarket. Taxis or the local bus service mean that it is easy to get into Ciutadella and to the other beaches if you don't want to drive/don't have a hire car. There is loads of parking both on the property and immediately in front of it.
All in all we had a really memorable holiday at this villa and I would recommend it for adults or parties with older children.
