Description: Our menus are the sum and substance of the experiences lived by a chef trained in Mallorca, London, Paris and Moscow with some of the best chefs on the international scene. Natural products, traditional recipes and avant-garde techniques of so different but so complementary cultures and always from the point of view of the author. Fresh market cuisine, natural, clean, organized, very concerned about aesthetics and extremely perfectionist. And all this reflected in two menus: for noon lunch an urban five-course menu at an affordable price and, at night, a wider tasting of 7 Steps to a reasonable price too. All wines presented in the pairings are magnum.

Great food... nice creativity from the chef...you can feel the Spanish/Russian influence the chef bring to the dishes. We took lunch menu and enjoyed it!
I do recommend inside seating!!

The last few years I’ve started celebrating my wedding anniversary in Palma. Last year we discovered Adrian Quetglas and had a wonderful experience dining there.
So naturally this year we decided to go back, and once again we were amazed and delighted with the entire evening.
The evening began with a lovely touch of being seated at the table as last year ( just a coincidence but nice all the same).
The 7 course taster menu was again a wonderful. The mixture of flavour, although varied were far from overpowering and each course was as good as the last.
With an extremely low set price of €55 for dinner and fabulous wines for a mere €4, it was definitely our cheapest but best meal during our stay.
The staff are lovely, and you can tell they obviously enjoy their work. Nothing is to much trouble and they definitely put the customer first at all times. Even waiting for you to return to your table before serving the next course.
The highlight of the evening has to be meeting Adrian, he stopped at our table at the end of the evening to say hello and ask if we enjoyed our meal. It was a real treat getting to meet the man himself and being able to thank him in person.

The following evening we returned, but this time to visit the bistro/tapas next door
D’gustar. Which I believe is also owned by Adrian Quetglas. It’s a more laid back, casual dining experience but the food is just as good.
Each tapas was tasty and great portions. Fantastic value.
The service was just as professional as the night before, and although there only appeared to be the one waitress she was amazing.
So I’d like to recognise Camille, and say a big thank you to you.

Three of us went for the tasting menu at lunch time. As always the service was impeccable and the food was interesting, innovative and delicious. The dishes were served at the perfect pace - not rushed and not too slow. Lovely waiters speaking g various languages.

We ordered the very well prices seven course tasting menu, and we opted to pair it with wine because...when in Rome!!!
Every morsel and every bite was delicious.. I will mention the portions or courses are not very big, so we could have done with a bit more food, but we are still talking about how amazing it was to this day.
We had requested a romantic and quiet table when we made the reservation, and they did so. Perfect evening.

We were a bit disappointed since what we experienced at Adrian Quetglas, it is not what we had in mind when we think about Michelin Star. But it is true that this is the cheapest Michelin Star menu we have ever had, and for the price you pay, you get a very nice meal.
If I wouldn't have known that it had a Michelin star I would have very likely loved it since I knew I created some expectations that made me a bit disappointed, but still, overall it was a good experience and all courses where good.
