We visited Adrian Quetglas at the beginning of August with a group of friends and decided to do the wine pairing with our meal. The waiting staff were knowledgeable and attentive and they accommodated our various dietary requirements by offering alternative dishes for those who didn't eat certain things.

The food itself was absolutely incredible, each dish was really unique and most important - very tasty. All of the wines were also delicious. The restaurant manages to be relaxed rather then pretentious and I would not hesitate to recommend for those visiting Palma (I have booked to go again in September it was so good!) Considering the standard it is also very good value.

Another absolutely FABULOUS evening at Adrian Quetglas. Like the previous reviewers we did it again too and again we opted for the very reasonably priced tasting menu. 1,461 miles from home to eat out might seem a bit much but this restaurant, the staff, the chef, the wine...oh! and the food are amazing. They well deserve their 2 Michelin stars. Like the last time we visited, Adrian came and spoke to us and took time to let us take photos. We sensed a buzz from Adrian's team the night we were there - all anxiously awaiting a large group booked at the table next to us. Unbeknown to us Martín Berasategui was in town - who just so happens to have 10 Michelin stars. He and his team were gracious in letting us say hello. He's opening a restaurant in Mallorca so I guess we'll have nearly another 3000 mile round trip for our next gastronomic night out in Palma. Adrian's team of staff are all stars in their own right - sorry, I can't remember names - but you made a Scottish duo feel very welcome, cared for and of course, well fed and watered! Salud!

Can we call it the “same procedure like every year”? I think we can. Food as expected, staff as expected, just the ambiance changed, new chairs, new tables, new style – so even no more room for improvement, it is just top, unforgettable as each and every year. Dishes are cooked to perfection, a new menu as always for us and all of them surprising in taste variance and presentation. The star is well deserved. Freshness pure, nothing to complain about. Textures in each single course different and delicious. We really cannot complain about any wrong usage of spices or herbs, well dosed and combined to each single part of a dish. Excellent. We really had some marvelous moments this evening. The staff, as always, competent, helpful and fully attentive, friendly and committed to their job. Their knowledge and expertise on what they are serving was excellent and well explained. We strongly recommend to visit this restaurant for sure!
