What a lovely hotel! The service was excellent and the room was great. The hotel is in a great location, the square is really pretty. We would certainly recommend using the lite terrace with the plunge pool - it's really tranquil and relaxing. We really enjoyed ourselves and had a perfect time.

Stopped here for a bite to eat and a drink. Food was excellent, drinks expensive. However it is a beautiful hotel.
What let it down was rude inattentive staff. We were not alone in having to repeatedly ask for service and the bill.
To crown it all my wife was "chased through the bar" by an arrogant woman who told her the toilets were for customers only. She pointed out that she was a customer but received no apology. Very poor.

This boutique hotel is exceptional. From the decor to the service this is a 5-star experience from the moment you check in. As a full-time traveller I've stayed in my share of hotels and I'm constantly naming Hotel Cort one of my favourites worldwide.

You will not regret staying here!

Lovely looking building inside. We stopped for a drink in the pleasant shaded area outside beside the ancient Olive tree. Asked for a small beer. €3.50 for 30 cls. This makes a pint over €10. Expensive.

You are right in the heart of Palma and if you want a short break this can work well.
We had a terrace room which was great for a sunny siesta, room quite small but overlooking the busy, bustling square. Reminded me of parts of Paris. The restaurant gets busy and is quite informal with a lot of passing trade and a busy pavement cafe.
Roof terrace and some rooms with their own which can allow you some sun.

Room Tip: You are near a busy square so probably higher or at the rear is better
