I liked the catle and i liked that it was for free. is is only open untill 14.00. I liked the armours of all different countries but i didn't like that they had a lot of untranslated stories on the walls. (and only some english) it gives you a nice vieuw of the port and the city. it is near punta des grells wich is a lovely beach with pebles. Is is however also a place where a lot of nudists go in summertime.

Not advertised a great deal & a bit out of the way BUT......you have just got to go if you are at all interested in history from across the world, not just the Spannish territories & it's free entry, the exibits & views from the battlements are fantastic, unfortuatley some of the exibits don't have dual Spanish / English notations but you can get the drift quite easily. After a visit there is a cafe whith the complex overlooking the coast from the ramparts, it's a bit pricy for what it is, i is however optional & has good views.
