If you are in Palma you cannot miss the Cathedral.
Well worth a visit even if you are not into churches or architecture.
Modest entrance fee.

not too hard to get to by bus when in palma, but if like us had no idea which one it would be go to tourist info near the bus/train station. Does cost to get in there but i do believe under 10 euros each, slight difference for children. Do remember to take a cardigan or something with you otherwise they wont let you in. As well as real short shorts but any shoe wear is fine. Very pretty inside i'd say its a good 30mins to look around properly. Lovely outside area.

Ive seen alot of cathedrals but this one is my fave in europe so far, unexpected stained glass brilliance, a giant work of art near the shores of the beach, awe inspiring! Dont miss it.

The dominant item in the Palma landscape, the cathedral is a must-see. The two sections in the front couldn't be more different: a modernist three dimensional work by artist Miguel Barcelo (more of his works can (and should) be seen in the palma museums), and a classic huge wonderfully detailed sculpture opposite. For Gaudi fans, read about his contribution to the church's interior design. The oddest item on display must be the Torah finials in the entry room collection, from the long-disappeared Jewish community.
