I highly recommend this hotel, not only because of its perfect location, but also for the staff, so polite and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, varied and with high quality products. A cook is there to prepare fresh pancakes, omelets, eggs and bacon. Sea facing rooms are worth asking for, as they have a terrace from where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the bay of Palma and the cathedral.

Room tip: Sea facing room.

The location is very good, close to the cathedral and Old Town, nice small market and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Bed is comfortable enough and bathroom well-equipped. But, the street in front of the hotel is soooo noisy, very poor wifi in rooms and there is no evening meal service.

We booked our entire holiday with Sembo.
This hotel has perfect location, closed to the city center and nearby restaurants, yoga studios and cheap parking garage. The room had seaview and balcony 🙌.
It's a value for money hotel not a luxurious hotel. I can recommend this hotel!

The hotel is well situated, the number 1 bus from the airport stops right outside. We had an early flight but were allowed to check in early and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was serviced daily. We paid for a partial sea view but actually it took in half the bay and marina with a good view of the cathedral.
My only criticism was that there were no tea making facilities but maybe that is not something that is provided in Spain. There were plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Perhaps a rack of leaflets describing tourist attractions would be useful.

Room tip: our partial sea view room on the seventh floor got the morning sun on the balcony.

Stayed with my daughter for a four night break and it was very good. Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Getting a sunbed was a problem for us sometimes, so we just had to sit on chairs. Not perfect, but what can you do. Pool was small but lovely to cool off in. Poolside waiters were always brilliant and on the ball. Well done to them! Would stay again if the price was right.
