Stayed here before and its a nice clean (normally) quiet hotel. Great during the week but suffers a little from weekend guests. The young crowd seem to appear on a Friday making the hotel a little noisey

Room Tip: The excellent room is based on the suite with terrace. Not something you find often in Palma

We used this hotel after a cruise for a few extra days rest. Room was clean, modern and roomy. Pool was a little congested on days with the obligatory idiots from all nations saving sun beds with the towels. Will they never learn? Spa was real good value for money. I had an full body massage for €55 which was well priced in comparison to the cruise ship and at home. The place was slightly let down by breakfast. Being on a carb free diet I purposely booked a hotel that offered an English style breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and each morning the " hot" food was always cold. I came down at different times but it didn't seem to make any difference. I must say at this point that there were a multitude of pastries, fruits, breads & cereals to cater for all other tastes but were not suitable for me. Because of my reliance on this diet, I felt that this spoilt my stay at the hotel. It's not a major issue in the grand scheme of things but it was important to me.

Booked up very last minute and were delighted with this hotel. After a couple of bus connections from Palma airport we arrived at the hotel at 11.45am. Ahead of schedule we were allowed to check in without delay. Our room was very clean and modern with a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool.

We initially thought that the location was quite far from the city centre, but it was actually ideally placed for a number of bars and restuarants and less than a 10 minute bus trip for the city centre (or a pleasant 25 minute walk)

The Hotel pool was very nice, while the fitness centre and SPA facilities were an added bonus. Breakfast was very good - with great selection to cater for every taste - no rush and you could eat as much (or little) as you wanted.

Cocktail bar was also very pleasant and not any more expensive than other bars we visited

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony overlooking pool

We booked this hotel through Booking.com around 7 months ahead and got a great deal on a 2 night stay in a superior double room, which had a balcony overlooking the pool and castle (in the distance!). The hotel was modern, very clean and it was an enjoyable start to our summer vacation.
The room was quite small, bright with TV, safe and a good shower facility. We did not use the SPA - it was booked solid during our 2 night stay. As with most European hotels - there was no tea or coffee in the room.
We prepaid breakfast when we checked in and took advantage of the discount. It was a buffet service with a good selection and they also offered GLUTEN FREE bread.

The bar area was quite small, but the staff very friendly and the drinks reasonably priced compared to the big hotel chains.

In terms of location, it was about a 15-20 minute walk into the old town along the seafront. Street parking was also available free of charge.

It's a good, clean hotel with friendly staff and we would stay again and recoomend it.

We had a 5 night stay in the Isla, and we were not disappointed. We stayed in room 218- an executive room on the second floor in the "spa block". Room was a decent size, with a good size shower room ( with bidet) no balcony, very comfortable bed and very quiet. Breakfast offers plenty of choice; the pool area is a bonus for a city hotel. Located in a pleasant residential area, close to local buses, and an easy walk to the harbour area. We found a local Tapas bar closeby (the Petit Europa) fantastic value for a lunch time drinks - which came with freshly prepared Tapas free of charge! Reception staff speak excellent English, are pleasant and willing to help. All in all we had a great time at the Isla and would certainly stay there again.

We had a short stay at this hotel and were not disapponted. we had a lovely room the staff were helpful & friendly, the food wqas very good and plentiful and the facilities are very good too.
The location is handy - not too far from the harbour - and there is on-street parking if you have a car and a supermarket within walking distance. We will definitely be back - thank you.

We stayed 1 week in this hotel, our room did not look anything like the pictures that the hotel show so I suspect they are the more expensive ones. That said our room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The resort is really nice with a good pool area. The hotel staff are excellent and go out of their way to help. This was good value for money, in a quiet area but close walking distance to the marina and palma town. Would definitely stay here again.
