Everything about this place is great, the room with good a/c, big swivel flat screen 📺 tv, big en suite 🛀, plenty of choice at breakfast, friendly helpful staff, and beautiful gardens surrounding it. The pool 🏊 water is a bit cold but once you get used to it, it is a good way to cool off. The hotel is uphill from the seafront and amenities, so you need to be good on your feet. There is a Carrefour supermarket store in the nearby Porto Pi Shopping Centre xx
Right from arrival the staff were all so friendly and willing to help with anything at the drop of a hat. Would highly recommend getting breakfast as you won't find better elsewhere. The "gym" was significantly disappointing and lacklustre so would not decide upon this hotel based on it having a gym.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 9 nights recently, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located up a hill just outside the city centre with views of Castle Bellver from some balconies. The swimming pool is great for swimming with the pool being over 2 metres deep at it deepest point which I found unusual for a hotel pool but for once allowed you to have a decent swim. If you don't drive there are bus stops just outside the hotel allowing you to go to the city centre in one direction and Cala Major in the other
All areas kept very clean - bedroom modern, spacious and comfortable.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Located on a steep hill - need to be fairly fit to walk up and down to main shopping area,bars and restaurants but taxis easily available - I suggest walk down and get a taxi back !
A four star hotel which is under sold from the web based photos! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff in all areas are excellent! Points to be aware of are that they are not very good at interpreting written English (I specifically requested a double, not a twin room, this was noted but we were still allocated a twin and the hotel is accessible via a steep hill / steep steps or taxi or bus (€1.50 from Palma). Breakfast is varied and good! Drinks in the bar are better value than local bars!
