I visit Patxi every time I am in Palma. It is one of my favourite restaurants and a big favourite with the locals. Sit at the little bar at the front and try the tapas - fresh boquerones, the foie is fantastic! Never tasted anything like it. Or book a table at the back and try a 1kg of sumptuous steak cooked over coals. You can see the kitchen through a large glass window. The isdes are awesome as are the fish selections. And the wine list perfect. Also, the staff rarely change and are very knowledgable about both food and wine. Get there early (8pm on the dot) if you want a place at the bar area as it gets busy quickly. Recommend it if you love Basque-style pintxos.
