We've been to tons of HRC all over the U.S. and 10-15 or so in the Caribbean and Europe and most are crazy busy no matter what time you go--lunch or dinner. We went to HRC Mallorca at lunch time and there was only one family of four inside (or out). Of all of them, this one is of the least impressive to me--for food, service and set-up. I like the outdoor option, but we chose to eat inside. It didn't really "feel" like an HRC, more of a cafe that was tossed up and used HRC to draw business. Service was slow....the food was average.
We travel quite a bit and enjoy the HRC "experience" and try to hit them if they are in a city we are visiting. It is like a warm familiarity to us when we are outside of the U.S. While the menu is basically the same, the food quality and restaurant experience relects its location. Some we say "we will definitely return again" if ever we are visiting that city (Prague, Paris, Barcelona). However, HRC Mallorca, we are going to have to pass you by. We've been there, collected that T-shirt and once was enough.
P.S. HRC, you have the cleanest and best (and FREE) bathroom facilities in Europe!! We appreciate this very much!! Thanks!! ;o)
