This campground very close to Donostia / San Sebastián is open all year round, so it's a great place to stay when travelling off-season.
I was here in the first half of March, and there were only probably 4 guests there. Consequently, and while the reception staff is friendly and helpful, there's not much service available at this time of year by means of "full shelves in the shop" or "long opening hours of restaurant".
[But the 3-Michélin-star restaurant Akelare is within walking distance (600 metres), if you're able and willing to spend heaps of money on excellent and extraordinary food.]
Just 50 metres from the campground entrance is a bus stop for a bus line running to San Sebastián's city centre which operates every 30 minutes from roughly 7am to 10pm, in July/August longer and during the day sometimes every 15 minutes. The ride to the city takes 20-25 minutes and costs 1.55 Euro.
The toilet and shower complexes are very clean and large, washing machines and dryers are also available. Also, there's WiFi internet available free of charge, but there are connectivity problems in bad weather and strong winds (good connection in calm conditions).More
