I'm so happy with this hotel i can't recommend it enough. Has great location. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is good. Parking is close by. we checked out and couldn't get enough of the hotel and had some coffee at the lobby while enjoying the view. Everything we had was delicious and the price was good.

I was torn between staying in the old town and at Hotel Londres but after two nights of the sea view I can safely say I am glad I opted for Londres. We went for a roof top room with large balcony, which even boasted a jacuzzi. Check out the hotel website for all the details including photos. If you were thinking of coming in the summer months you'd probably need to book well ahead as there are only a few that feature the jacuzzi.
The old town is literally a 10 minute walk away as is the shopping district so everything is on hand.
We were very pleased with the hotel and being 4* there is always someone at reception to help you.
The website is quite easy to use and you can also book via comparison websites. I think the hotel has a never knowingly undersold type of thing so if you book via them and then find the same room offered cheaper elsewhere they will refund. I don't think the comparison websites have the top end rooms, so my advise is book directly. If your spanish isn't up to phoning then you can also email the "reservas" email and the staff will get back to you with any questions you have.

Room Tip: As with a lot of seaside hotels remember not all rooms can have sea view. The booking system is quite clear. Ask for "Vista del mar" if you want a sea view.

If I ever go back to San Sebastian, I would definitely stay at this hotel again! i love the ambience and elegance! Great customer service too. Their front desk staff was very helpful. They willingly helped us make outside calls, manage our booking/reservations at other restaurants, and taught us how to get around the city. We were also able to print out our boarding passes for our flight out, free of charge. The hotel itself was gorgeous. Luxurious room space. I also like that they have a vintage elevator if you prefer it over their modern ones. Very good location with the beach just right in front, and the old town just a 5-10min walk away!

If you have traveled around Europe you know that it's difficult to find a hotel that both has the feel of an old-time hotel and the amenities of a modern one. The Hotel de Londres does both. The bathroom was spacious and a definite highlight. The only downside was relatively atrocious wifi.

We could not have been happier at the Hotel de Londres, with an amazing view of the beach, great location, large and lovely room, and very friendly staff. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean from the balcony.

Room Tip: We were fortunate to get one of the top floor rooms with a balcony (and jacuzzi). It was a spectacular room, though the Jacuzzi controls were a little hard to figure out.
