First, parking is tricky. When we arrived it was maybe not clear to me that I needed to drive onto (what looked like) the sidewalk for the valet.
Otherwise, what's not to like?
Gorgeous and elegant lobby. Super helpful valets and front-desk staff.
Spacious rooms. Lovely linens. Comfortable bed. Well appointed bathrooms.
Location was ideal in my mind: close enough to walk to the city center for pintxo, but not that close that it's mobbed with tourists.
Breakfast buffet was fairly complete and generally delicious.

Would gladly stay again.

An outstanding hotel, very luxurious, spacious and great rooms. Spacious bathroom, nice garden view from a mini terrace, and very clean.

All staff members including the cleaning staff are very friendly, and will do their best to serve you professionally.

Our room was without breakfast, so I haven’t tried their breakfast restaurant.

This is an excellent hotel choice for any San Sebastián visitor. It’s located in a very good location in town. However my fellow drivers, make sure you don’t miss the tiny left turn on Gernikako Arbola Pasealekua street that takes you to the hotel. I miss it almost every time, and then I have to cross the bridge all the way back to make a u-turn.

As per parking, the hotel will charge you a daily fee of almost €40, and will pick your car up and drop it in front of the entrance (Valet). Otherwise, you have a spacious parking lot that has access few steps from the hotel’s entrance (Both front and back). The parking name is Okendo. They charge the max fare per day €25.65.

We arrived to an amazing greeting by Pedro and Beatrice.... We were introduced to Beatrice by a good friend of hers from the Westin Palace. The hotel is over 100 years old with amazing architecture and decor. The rooms and views are breathtaking and you have to take advantage of the recommendations of places to visit by the staff. If you are staying here or visiting you must stop by the “Dry Bar” where they make the best dry martini that even comes with a certificate. We have 4 more days here, my family is so excited to get the most out of this property.
